This week we worked on our new sequences and continued watching the Fellowship videos. As this was for our midterm, I wanted to create videos that were more on the cinematic side rather than just 3 basic camera shots with minimal movement. Using my knowledge of Sequencer and camera actors, I was able to create longer shots that flowed better. I adjusted the camera speed at different times in order to ease into a shot and would slow it back down to focus on a specific building or structure. The only challenge I faced while creating these 3 sequences was the fact that my computer at home was struggling heavily in operating Unreal. I did the first sequence on campus, but the other 2 were done from home and my camera speed is much faster in the last 2 as a result. I wasn't able to playback the sequences as the whole program kept lagging and freezing, but in all honesty it looks better when it's faster. It feels like you're on a drone and I feel as though if I was to have made the camera speed slower then it would've been too long and dragged out.
